• Do you use pads or tampons at the same time with menstrual underwear?

Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection themselves during menstruation. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it identically to normal underwear. You can also wear underwear for additional protection during your period when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

• Are menstrual underwear expensive?

How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, we recommend rinsing and/or soaking before washing.
3. Can be hand-washed or machine-washed with the rest of the laundry or in a separate washing bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleach, fabric softeners, natural oils, or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency.
6. Do not use a tumble dryer, as it may reduce absorbency.
