Suitable for everyone and easy to use, regardless of experience – available in sizes S, M and L, for women of all ages and with different levels of menstrual flow.
The size you should choose depends primarily on the intensity of bleeding, age, and whether you have given birth naturally.
Easy cleaning and disinfection – after each use rinse with clean water or wash with pH-neutral soap, once a month soak in boiling water for a few minutes.
Ideal for women who feel discomfort after using tampons – the cup does not irritate or dry the vaginal mucosa.
A correctly inserted cup is discreet, imperceptible, does not shift and does not leak, can be used without removal for up to 12 hours (depending on the flow) – allowing you to feel free all day, also during sports, swimming or simply daily activities!
With proper use, you can use the cup for up to 10 years – which saves you more money, and reduces environmental pollution in the form of pads and tampons.

1. Are Silver Care menstrual cups safe for intimate health?
Yes, Silver Care menstrual cups are exceptionally safe for intimate health. Made from medical-grade TPE, they are free from harmful substances such as phthalates, latex, chlorine, or dioxins, which can cause irritation, allergies, or infections. Unlike conventional tampons, which may contain glyphosate (potentially carcinogenic, as shown in a 2015 study by the University of La Plata), Silver Care cups are hypoallergenic and do not disrupt the vagina’s natural microbiome. Gynecologists emphasize that properly used menstrual cups reduce the risk of infections such as toxic shock syndrome (TSS) compared to tampons, thanks to the lack of absorbent fibers that promote bacterial growth.
