Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection on their own during menstruation. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it just like with normal underwear. You can also wear the underwear for extra protection during menstruation when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, rinse and/or soak before washing.
3. Can be washed by hand or in the washing machine with the rest of the laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
4. When using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care it is recommended to use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency.
6. Do not use a tumble dryer, as it may reduce absorbency.
