There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it exactly as with regular underwear. You can also wear underwear for extra protection during menstruation when using a tampon.

How to wash and care for the products?

2. After use, we recommend rinsing and/or soaking before washing.
3. You can wash by hand or in the washing machine with the rest of the laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral detergents. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency quality.
6. Do not use a tumble dryer, as this can reduce absorbency.
