Do you use a pad or tampon together with period underwear?

Period underwear is designed to provide protection on its own during menstruation. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with one, you can use it just as you would with regular underwear. You can also wear the underwear for extra protection while using a tampon or menstrual cup.

Are period underwear expensive?

How to wash and care for the products?

Wash before first use.
After use we recommend rinsing and/or leaving to soak before washing.
Can be hand washed or machine washed with other laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
If using a washing machine, wash at no more than 40º.
For proper care use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency quality.
Do not use a tumble dryer as it may reduce their absorbency.
